The draft report for this proposal was open to the public for comment from 25 March 2026 to 10 April 2026. Thank you to all who made a submission. All submissions have now been considered and the report has been finalised. The final report is available to download below. 

Next steps: 

• The endorsed final report and recommendation, and all submissions received, will be sent to the Minister for the Environment for determination.
• The Minister’s determination will be uploaded to this page and the Development Application process is complete. The applicant will be responsible for meeting the requirements of the conditions of approval.
