The draft report for this proposal has been prepared and is available for download below. Members of the public are invited to comment on the proposal and the draft report. The comment period will close on 10 April 2026.

DBCA’s Director General will consider all submissions made before the report is finalised and a recommendation made to the Minister for the Environment.

Should you wish to comment on the draft report, please do so before 10 April 2026. Community input is an important part of this process, and you're invited to share your views on the draft report by:

• Completing the online submission form (preferred)
• If you would prefer to email your comments, or you need to upload supporting documentation, please send this to rivers.planning@dbca.wa.gov.au

All feedback received during the comment period will be reviewed and will help inform the final outcome. 

Next steps:

• All submissions will be considered by the Director General in the preparation and endorsement of the final report.
• The endorsed final report and recommendation, and all submissions received, will be sent to the Minister for the Environment for determination.
• The Minister’s determination will be uploaded to this page and the Development Application process is complete. The applicant will be responsible for meeting the requirements of the conditions of approval.
