The proposal is to construct new balconies on the south and east of the building, insert new fire stairs, replace the roof, and make minor alterations to the building exterior

Proposal by the City of Nedlands for a material change of use at the Charles Court Reserve playing fields to increase lighting levels to support night time sporting use. The proposal includes replacing the existing lighting towers with eight new lighting towers and LED luminaires.
