 DBCA received an application from Show Ski WA for a proposed water ski pontoon including access gangway and anchoring system. 

The draft report for this proposal was open to the public for comment from 11 June 2025 to 26 June 2025. Thank you to all who made a submission. 

The final report and recommendation have been reviewed by the Minister for the Environment who has made a determination on the proposal. 

The Minister’s determination was signed on the 26 October 2025 and is available for download below. DBCA’s final report is also available. 

The application process is now complete and the applicant is responsible for meeting the requirements of the conditions of approval
