If you wish to comment on the proposal, please send your submission to rivers.planning@dbca.wa.gov.au before 19 January 2026. Please include the file number of the proposal so that we know which application you are commenting on.

Next steps:

• The application will be referred to relevant agencies for comments and advice. These agencies have 42 days to provide a response.
• Once all responses have been received, a draft report will be presented to the Swan River Trust for its advice.
• The draft report will then be uploaded to this page and members of the public are invited to comment on the application. The public have 14 days to make a submission on the report.
• Following consideration of all submissions the Director General will endorse the final recommendation report which will be uploaded to this page.
• DBCA’s final recommendation report, and a copy of all submissions, will be sent to the Minister for the Environment for determination.
• The Minister’s determination will be uploaded to this page and the Development Application process is complete.
