Stormwater detention basins and associated works for an approved subdivision at 1993 Albany Highway, Maddington
Dynamic Planning and Developments, on behalf of landowners Dandenong Properties Pty Ltd, are proposing the construction of stormwater detention basins, a limestone maintenance access/pedestrian footpath and rehabilitation and revegetation work on private property adjacent to the Canning River to facilitate an approved residential subdivision.

The final report and recommendation have been reviewed by the Minister for Environment who has made a determination on the proposal.
