The draft report for this proposal was open to the public for comment from 21 April 2023 to 4 May 2023. Thank you to all who made a submission. 

The final report was reviewed by the Minister for the Environment and a decision made to approve the proposal on 1 August 2023.

The Minister made a subsequent decision to approve a variation to the approval to allow for a one-year extension of the time by which the project is to commence. The 2025 approval of extension of time is also available for download below.
