DBCA has received an application from George Hajigabriel, Rowe Group to construct a stairway within the Crown reserve from 26 Jutland Parade, Dalkeith to the Swan River; and Rehabilitate the Crown reserve by weed removal, foreshore stabilisation and planting of endemic species.

The draft report for this proposal has been prepared and is available for download below. Members of the public are invited to comment on the proposal and the draft report.

Next steps: 

• The report will be updated to summarise the details of any submissions received, and DBCA’s Director General will consider all submissions made before the report is finalised.
• The final report will be uploaded to this page. DBCA’s final report and recommendation, and all submissions received, will be sent to the Minister for the Environment for a determination / decision to be made.
• The Minister’s determination will be uploaded to this page and the Part 5 Development Application process is complete.
