Next steps:

• DBCA’s final report and recommendation, and all submissions received, have been sent to the Minister for the Environment for a decision / determination.
• The Minister’s determination will be uploaded to this page, and all those who made a submission will be notified.
• The Development Application process is complete and the applicant will be responsible for meeting the requirements of the conditions of approval.
