The final report and recommendation have been reviewed by the Minister for the Environment who has made a determination on the proposal.  

The Minister’s determination was signed on the 18 February 2026 and is available for download below. DBCA’s final report to the Minister is also available.  

The application process is now complete and the applicant is responsible for meeting the requirements of the conditions of approval.
