The draft report for this proposal was open to the public for comment between 13 December 2023 and 16 January 2024.

The final report was reviewed by the Minister for Environment and a decision made to approve the proposal on 15 May 2024. 

The determination and accompanying final report is available for download below. The Minister made a subsequent decision to approve variations to the approval to allow for a one-year extension of the time by which the project is to commence, and for a minor variation to the approved design of the proposed jetty. The approval of the variations is available for download below.
