The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) and the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) have published an administrative agreement.

Freedom of information

Freedom of Information gives the public a right to access government documents, subject to some limitations. In Western Australia, under the Freedom of Information Act 1992, the right applies to documents held by most State Government agencies.

Reportable Conduct Scheme
Reportable Conduct Scheme

The Reportable Conduct Scheme supports people to speak up about concerning behaviours, helps prevent child abuse and improve systems and processes of organisations for preventing and dealing with complaints and reports of abuse about their staff.
