WA’s national parks and reserves offer a spectacular setting for Outdoor Education. Our parks protect WA’s most significant biodiversity and cultural values. They also provide opportunities for activities such as hiking, kayaking, climbing, camping and mountain biking in awe inspiring locations that can be both spectacular and challenging.

DBCA’s Parks and Wildlife Service encourages responsible, safe and sustainable access to those important landscapes.

There are some simple steps to plan your group excursion to ensure a safe and sustainable experience in nature.

  • Choose the location
  • Contact the local Parks and Wildlife Service office where you intend to visit for information on notification requirements and booking processes
  • Apply for any necessary permissions by submitting required forms to the local office
  • Prepare your group for a safe and unforgettable experience!
